Meet Our Team
Kelly M Trout DMD
Dr. Trout was born in Canada and spent the younger years of her childhood in Hawaii. She moved to Columbus as a teenager. Dr. Trout has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Mississippi University for Women and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry. She completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Louisiana State University.
Dr. Trout established Trout Family Dentistry in 2012.
Dr. Trout is married to Greg Trout, the practice manager, and they have four children, Gabrielle, Abigail, Gregory, and Michael Bailey. Dr. Trout is active in the community and professional organizations. She has served in several capacities with the Mississippi Dental Association.
Greg Trout
Practice Manager
Greg was born in Memphis Tennessee and grew up in Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Computer Information Systems Management Degree. Greg spent the next 21 years working in the steel industry. He joined Trout Family Dentistry in 2013. His computer degree was quickly put to use implementing computer systems and he continues to help Dr. Trout keep the office up to date with the latest technological advancements.

Tiffany Wyers
Assistant
Tiffany is a seasoned assistant with 22 years of experience in the dental field. She is a compassionate and skilled member of the team that always meets her patients with smile.
Tiffany has two children and loves animals and the outdoors.
Samantha Edwards
Office Coordinator
Samantha is a front desk practice representative and insurance coordinator as well as a trained dental assistant. Her warm personality and welcoming nature make everyone feel at ease. Sam’s favorite part of her job is the ability to build relationships with our patients. She has two children and enjoys gardening and caring for her animals.

Allison is a lifelong resident of Lowndes County. She graduated from Northeast Mississippi Community College in 2001 and has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years. Allison choose a career in dental hygiene due to her love of helping others and a strong family background in the dental field. Allison has a wonderful rapport with her patients and makes each visit pleasant and comfortable.

Dental Hygienist
Amy is a Columbus native and has three teenage children. She has been a registered dental hygienist for almost 21 years and has worked for Trout Family Dentistry the last seven years. Amy loves the working environment at Trout Family Dentistry and how the practice strives to provide exceptional patient care for people of all ages.
Julie Schwartz
Dental Hygienist
Julie has worked as a hygienist at our office part-time for more than 18 years. She enjoys her work and educating patients toward their best dental health. Originally from New Hampshire, Julie has lived in Monroe County with her husband Jacky since 1994. Julie has 3 grown daughters.
